The cafeteria is located on the 1st floor across from the security desk.

Laboratory

To receive laboratory services, please go to the pre-admit department.  See directions to the pre-admit department below.  No appointment is required.

Parking

A parking pass may be purchased from the parking garage attendant.  The cost is $25 and is valid for 30 days. It allows 5 entries and 5 exits within the 30 days of purchase.

Physical Therapy / Rehabilitation Department

This department is located on the 1st floor.  If you are coming from an upper floor, take the elevator to the 1st floor.  Exit the elevator to the left.  Just as the hallway begins, this department is located on your left, behind the glass window.  If you are coming from the parking garage, they are located on the right at the end of the main hallway, before you enter the lobby area.  Again, look for the glass window on the right.  An appointment is required.  Any questions, please call 713-794-3527.

Pre-Admit Department

Take the elevator to the 3rd Floor.  Exit the elevator to the left.  The entrance is directly in front of you at the end of the hallway.  Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  No appointment required.  Any questions, please call 713-794-3701.

Radiology Department

This department is located on the 1st floor.  If you are coming from an upper floor, take the elevator to the 1st floor.  Exit the elevator to the right.  Just as the hallway begins, this department is located on your left, immediately behind the security desk.  If you are coming from the parking garage, walk past the security desk and just as the hallway begins, turn to your left.  An appointment is required.  Any questions, please call 713-794-3525.

Surgery Check-In

Please report to the surgery check-in desk located on the second floor.  The entrance is located in the valet area at the front of the hospital or it may be accessed via the entrance located beside the security desk in the main lobby.
